App User Agreement for RAUBAY 360 Spinner – Pro Version

Welcome to the RAUBAY Control App for the 360 Spinner – Pro Version (“App”), provided by RAUBAY (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you (“you” or “User”) agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App solely for operating the RAUBAY 360 Spinner – Pro Version in accordance with this agreement.

2. User Responsibilities

You agree to:
 
Use the App only for its intended purpose.
 
Ensure your mobile device and firmware are compatible with the App.
 
Not modify, reverse-engineer, or attempt to access the App’s source code.
 

3. Intellectual Property

All rights, titles, and interests in and to the App, including all intellectual property rights, belong to RAUBAY. This agreement does not grant you any rights to our trademarks or other proprietary content.

4. Data Privacy

We may collect limited data such as device model, system version, or usage logs solely for performance optimization and troubleshooting purposes. We do not sell or share user data with third parties. For more information, please see our Privacy Policy.

5. Third-Party Services

The App may interact with third-party platforms (e.g., Bluetooth or firmware services). RAUBAY is not responsible for any issues arising from those third-party systems.

6. Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or compatibility with all devices. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

7. Limitation of Liability

RAUBAY shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App, including loss of data or equipment malfunction.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of this agreement or misuse of the product.

9. Governing Law
