Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at Raubay. The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

1. INTERPRETATION AND DEFINITIONS

Interpretation The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

  • Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Raubay.

  • Goods refer to the hardware, studio infrastructure, and items offered for sale on the Service.

  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

  • Service refers to the Website.

  • Website refers to Raubay, accessible from raubay.net

  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

2. YOUR ORDER CANCELLATION RIGHTS

You are entitled to cancel Your Order at any time before the Goods have been shipped.

The deadline for cancelling an Order without incurring return shipping processes is the exact moment the product leaves our warehouse facility. Once a tracking number is generated and the package is transferred to the logistics carrier, the order cannot be canceled or recalled. In this event, You must wait to receive the Goods and initiate a standard 7-day return request upon arrival.

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision:

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We process your cancellation request (if unshipped) or receive the returned Goods at our facility. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any processing fees for such reimbursement.

3. CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The Goods were received within the last 7 calendar days (calculated strictly from the carrier's delivery confirmation timestamp).

  • No Weekend/Holiday Extensions: The 7-day return window is strict and will not be extended if the deadline falls on a weekend or a public holiday.

  • The Goods are completely unused, unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging (including all internal protection foam, original cartons, manuals, and accessories).

  • You provide a valid receipt, invoice, or official proof of purchase.

  • POS Exclusion: The return is not associated with a Point of Sale (POS) purchase. This return policy is strictly inapplicable to items purchased or returned via POS systems.

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of Goods made to Your custom specifications or clearly personalized special orders.

  • The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, are heavily modified, or show signs of installation and structural wear.

  • The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to safety compliance or electronic safety hazards if unsealed or rewired after delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

4. RETURNING GOODS

You are entirely responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us (the customer must provide and arrange return shipping). To initiate a return, You must first contact our customer support team to obtain the correct authorized return warehouse address.

Items sent back to Us without first requesting an official return authorization will be strictly rejected. No return processing fees or restocking fees will be charged for valid, authorized returns that meet all conditions.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We highly recommend using an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue any refund without actual physical receipt of the Goods or verifiable, signed proof of received return delivery at our designated facility.

5. EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD

Notwithstanding the above store policies, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, consumers have the legal right to cancel or return their order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.

As above, your item must be in the exact same pristine condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with all original tags attached, and in its complete original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or official proof of purchase.

6. GIFTS

If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return once the returned product is successfully received and inspected. A digital gift certificate will be emailed to You.

If the Goods weren’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund directly back to the original gift giver's account.
