Love this tripod, was sceptical at first, but wow was I wrong. I haven’t even used my miller since I bought this. Lightweight, great fluid head, robust design, plates easy to buy. Love the accessory connectors on side, no need for super clamps. Would buy again.
Never saw this in reviews, but this tripod was the perfect tripod for my astro binoculars. I willingly gave up lighter more mobile tripods for the stability and smooth panning of this tripod. I love it! Sturdy, well built and love the fact that the full expansion is a solid base for my binoculars. No vibration at all. When panned, it stays put. I was able to capture perfect images with no wobble from the tripod at all. More mobile, lightweight tripods extend to height with a single rod. I’m 6’ 2” and this works great!

Excellent tripod at a great price-point. This thing is rock solid, albeit a little on the heavier side. I use it for shooting spot news and it stands up against the tripods our photographers use that cost thousands of dollars. A misunderstanding on my part caused me to contact customer service and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. Very polite and handled the situation promptly. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone looking for a heavy-duty tripod.
Yeah, I know it’s a corny subject title, but there is no hiding the truth. This tripod is everything it’s cracked to be, and more! I’ve used others in the past and this one is very stable to use, durable, and yet light enough to carry for awhile if need be. There is no trade off for quality.
The tripod is very stable and very easy to set up. I use it as a smart telescope mount and the horizontal gradations help with angular adjustments. Great value for money.

Great value for the money. Smooth operation. Not suitable for a large ENG style broadcast camera, but we use them with our SONY XD series size cameras and work fantastic. The arm is not particularly long, but the action is smooth and its proven itself reliable.

I’ve had many tripods in my life, and this is by far the best one. Very sturdy, very easy to use, the fittings are of excellent quality and I do not think I’m going to have a problem at all in the future in terms of getting the legs of the tripod working properly. I also like how smoothly the tripod worked when I was trying to change the camera angle.
Arrived super well packaged, shipping was quick and efficient. The included carrying duffel is strong and sensible. The set-up controls cover all the needs for heavy duty scope install. The secondary included 3/8: mount screw helps insure wide coverage.
What a great, solid, well made tripod this is. I use it for astrophotography with my Seestar s30 and the stars after a long exposure are pin sharp. Quick release legs are great, the fluid head is smooth and solid. I would highly recommend this product for photography and astrophotography ( I don't do videography so can't comment on that ), although it's very solid this means it's nice and heavy, so wouldn't recommend hiking around with it. But the carry case with it is also very well made.

I love this tripod. It’s light enough and heavy duty enough to be the perfect photographers tool. It comes in a nice case as well with a pocket for the slide and other accessories if you have them.It’s easy to use and set up or take down and holds my camera with my 70-200mm lens without slipping to drooping during the shoot.

まず、17,000円を切るこの価格の安さに驚きました。RAUBAYという聞いたことのないメーカーでしたが（いまだにどこの国のメーカーかわかりません）、ちゃんと公式が出している動画も何本かあったので、悪くなさそうな三脚だなという安心感がありました。私が持っているのはソニーの古いハンディカムで、ごく普通のサイズの家庭用ビデオカメラです。こんな立派な三脚は本当は必要ないのかもしれませんが、通行人の頭越しから被写体を撮影しないといけない状況が多々あり、どうしても高さが必要でした。高さを出すためにこれまではブーム付きマイクスタンドを三脚代わりに使っていました。しかし最近重みでロックが効かず、ズルズル落ちてきてしまうことが増えてきたため、180cm以上の高さが出せるものが欲しかったのです。どうせならしっかりした三脚がいいなと。調べているとSmallRigから186cmの高さが出せる安い三脚をYouTubeで発見し、購入を検討しましたが、届いたときから壊れていたとか、使っていて部品が割れたとか、心配なレビューがありました。こちらのRAUBAYの商品は日本人のレビューが少なかったようでしたが、公式が出している動画を信じて購入したところ、大正解でした。もちろん到着時からの故障はありません。脚を全部伸ばして180cmの高さからの撮影も問題なくできます。パンをして止めた時の揺り戻しが若干ありますが、望遠にしていなければわからないぐらいです。有名メーカーの高額な三脚に比べると当然劣ると思いますが、この金額でしっかりした作りであれば、私にとっては必要十分です。コスパが良すぎるくらいです。他の人に教えたくないくらい気に入っていますが、RAUBAYさんの今後の発展のためにも、気になる方は買ってみてはいかがでしょう。こちらの商品はミッドスプレッダーのタイプです。少し金額は上がりますがグランドスプレッダーもあります。今後の商品にも期待しています。
I'm so glad to have gotten this tripod, makes taking pictures and videos so much better. The rotation is great and makes recordings look a lot better. When you get this tripod, please loosen the rotation head swivel and use a little WD Silicone (not too much) and on the sliding plate also. This helps movement even better. This thing folds and transports quickly. I really like it and it's worth the money. Sets up in less than 3 minutes and is read for use. Cameras, Camcorders, and if you use tablets all you need is an adapter base that screws down to the plate and you in the game. Great piece of equipment.
PRODUCT QUALITY IS VERY GOOD
I returned this product due to its size and weight. It’s very well made and operates smoothly but the weight and bulk of it did not work for me.
I LOVE this tripod. Agree that it is a little larger than a lightweight one I have, but this one holds my very heavy 600mm lens perfectly and it is so easy to adjust. The design allows for smooth radial movements (spin) and is easy to tilt. The leg extensions are also really easy to use and again, it is sturdy at any height.

Although primary design probably not be for field use, this tripod is absolutely amazing for the price and far better than many purpose built spotting scope tripods. Handles 80mm scopes with ease. Gimbal head is silky smooth in all planes of movement, perfect for long distance spotting applications. Legs are easily configured, versatile and sturdy. Even includes carrying bag.
